    Kelly Hereid was featured in EOS, the weekly publication of the American Geophysical Union, in a story outlining different career paths for geoscientists. After Carleton, Kelly studied paleoclimatology at the University of Texas, Austin. She now works for Liberty Mutual on catastrophe models for natural hazards such as earthquakes, hailstorms, wildfires, and hurricanes.
