Inside the Language Center (LDC 220) we have a Lounge, a Huddle Space, and a small computer lab (LDC 221). All spaces are reservable for language-related events, individual/group study, conversation hours, tutoring, etc.
To instantly reserve our Huddle Space (capacity= 4) or the computer lab (capacity= 6), please use the electronic Joan booking devices located right outside the room doors. The Joan device will automatically reserve the room for 30 minutes as long as the space is not currently booked. If you’d like to book one of these spaces for future use, select “Meet Later” on the Joan device or reach out to the Language Center directly. If you would like to see if these spaces are already reserved before you visit, please take a look at our room schedule or call the Language Center front desk (x5741).
If you would like to reserve the Language Center Lounge for an event, please contact the Director or the Assistant to the Director.
