Emanuel Anastos ’21 announced that he is running for the 8th Congressional District seat in Minnesota. Since 2022, Anastos has lived on the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa’s Vermilion Reservation near Tower, where he works as an Indian child welfare case manager for the Bois Forte Band.
