Funds will shine light on Carleton’s forgotten collection of WWII-era Japanese maps Outside link
14 August 2024Asuka Sango received a grant to shed light on Carleton’s large, forgotten collection of World War II-era Japanese maps. Funds will allow for digitization of nine maps, production of two scholarly articles about the collection, and development of curricular resources.

The effort is funded through a new Humanities Connections grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
