Her View From Work: One Professor’s Thoughts on Burnout and Questions of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

As part of her recent research and pedagogical work, Prof. Juliane Schicker has been examining the effects of burnout on women, and particularly working women and mothers. While writing a post for our Critical German Studies blog, Juliane decided to publish her post on a broader scale, which led her to the Diversity, Decolonization, and the German Curriculum collective, a source that the German program has been using to do their important IDE work. Juliane is proud to have her post published on the initiative’s website and wants to share it with the Carleton community as well. Read the post on the DDGC Blog.
